Under VRL KnowledgeBank Ltd new subscriber policy by entering a password and logging on to the service you will be deemed to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here and any other terms and conditions contained within the service contract which has been negotiated between you and VRL KnowledgeBank Ltd. The terms and conditions outlined here and in your subscription agreement will apply during the entire period of your personal, or your organisation's evaluation of the service (trial period) and during the entire period defined by your formal subscription agreement with the VRL KnowledgeBank Ltd.

In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the additional terms or other terms and guidelines associated with a subscription or service contract to any component of the www.worldaccountingintelligence.com service then the additional or other terms shall apply in addition to the terms outlined here. Subscriptions to the whole or part of the www.worldaccountingintelligence.com service are non-refundable after the subscription commencement date.

If a particular product within www.worldaccountingintelligence.com, or any product or service offered on any VRL KnowledgeBank Ltd website, requires you to open an account with us, you must complete the appropriate registration process.

The registration process can be completed either through an official written contract or by other mutually agreed means and must provide us with current complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Your user ID and password are for your own personal use and should not be disclosed to anyone else without prior written agreement by an appropriate representative of VRL KnowledgeBank Ltd.

 (d) Personal and non-commercial use limitation

Unless otherwise specified in your individual subscription contract the use of this service and any of its content is for your personal and non-commercial use. The Agreement will be governed by UK Law. The UK courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
